  • Technical Expertise: A Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent Should Possess Advanced Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Troubleshooting And Repairing A Wide Range Of Electronic Devices, Including Computers, Laptops, Smartphones, And Home Appliances.

  • Certifications: Best Buy Requires Its Advanced Repair Agents To Hold Industry-Recognized Certifications Such As Comptia A+, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (Acmt), Or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Mcse).
