  1. Diagnose and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including but not limited to computers, laptops, smartphones, and home entertainment systems.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and updates to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and repair processes in a clear and understandable manner.
  6. Handle customer devices with care and follow proper safety protocols to ensure the safety and security of customer data.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs, including parts used, diagnoses, and solutions.
  8. Collaborate and communicate with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflows and customer service.
