4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with various devices and equipment including but not limited to computers, TVs, and mobile devices.

6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and procedures for technology repairs.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs, including documentation of parts used and services performed.
