As an Advanced Repair Agent, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance and customer service to our customers in the areas of repair, installation, and other tasks assigned to Geek Squad.To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a minimum of two years of experience in providing customer service and technical support in a retail environment. Additionally, you must possess a strong working knowledge of computers, electronics, and related technical products.
