Are you an experienced and passionate Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent? Best Buy is looking for an individual who loves to solve technical problems and provide world-class customer service to join our team. As an Advanced Repair Agent, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance and customer service to our customers in the areas of repair, installation, and other tasks assigned to Geek Squad.To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a minimum of two years of experience in providing customer service and technical support in a retail environment. Additionally, you must possess a strong working knowledge of computers, electronics, and related technical products. A friendly and professional attitude is a must to ensure customer satisfaction.If you have a passion for technology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advanced technical assistance and customer service to customers in the areas of repair, installation, and other tasks assigned to Geek Squad
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems and identify solutions
  3. Use strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues

  5. Provide superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
