The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to providing a superior experience for our customers.The Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing consumer electronics, as well as collaborating with other Geek Squad team members in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
