At Best Buy, we’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping customers. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to providing a superior experience for our customers.The Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing consumer electronics, as well as collaborating with other Geek Squad team members in order to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.We are looking for someone with:• At least 5 years of experience in a technical field• A deep understanding of software, hardware, and networking fundamentals• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks• The ability to work independently with minimal supervisionIf this sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair consumer electronics.
  2. Collaborate with other Geek Squad team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  5. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Diagnose and resolve technical software and hardware issues.
  7. Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  8. Maintain records of customer inquiries and solutions.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  10. Develop and test system maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
