At Best Buy, we are looking for a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology and customer service who is able to provide top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting to our customers.The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong technical background in computers, electronics, appliances, and other consumer technology products, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in a digital repair shop or retail environment is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.The Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent will be responsible for providing technical advice and support, as well as assisting customers with repairs and installations. If you have a technical aptitude, an enthusiasm for customer service, and the desire to help others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical advice and support to customers in need of repairs and installations.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in computers, electronics, appliances, and other consumer technology products.
  3. Assist customers with technical queries and provide solutions to their problems.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
  5. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and products.
  7. Follow company protocols and procedures when resolving customer issues.
  8. Accurately document and update customer records in the company database.
  9. Monitor product inventory levels and order new equipment when necessary.
