At Best Buy, we are looking for an extraordinary Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repairing product issues for our valued customers.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in diagnosing and repairing various types of consumer electronics and appliances. You should be comfortable working with a wide range of computers, tablets, and mobile devices and have an in-depth knowledge of current technology trends. Additionally, you should have a technical certification, such as A+, or a similar certification from a recognized institution.If you are passionate about technology and have the drive and enthusiasm to deliver top-notch customer-service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues for customers in a timely manner.
  2. Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  3. Repair various types of consumer electronics and appliances.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technology trends.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide detailed reports.
  7. Document all technical repairs and maintenance.
