
Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent
We’re looking for a highly skilled Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent who can rapidly diagnose repair issues for our customers. As an Advanced Repair Agent, you’ll be working with customers in our stores, as well as online and over the phone. You’ll need to be knowledgeable about the latest technologies and be able to communicate well with customers to provide an exceptional repair experience.The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service and repair work as well as an outgoing personality. You should enjoy working with people and have a solid technical background. You should also have a flexible schedule that allows you to be available during store hours.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable with using various tools and be able to work independently. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred but not required.If you have a passion for technology and helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
