Employee Relations Manager

The Employee Relations (ER) Manager is also responsible for providing centralized ER support through advising and conducting workplace investigations on behalf of the Enterprise. Responsible for conducting all phases of the investigation process for high-risk complex ER cases that can involve substantial legal risk. Provide guidance/influence to resolve investigations. Partners with a manager and legal in preparing for, conducting, and resolving the aforementioned ER case type across various business groups and geographies. Collaborates cross-functionally with Legal, Ethics, Asset Protection, and other sources of policy enforcement to solve for complex issues, which may involve multi-party investigations, supplier investigations, etc.
