  1. Oversee and manage daily operations of the distribution center.

  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely product distribution.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the distribution center.

  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
  8. Maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

  11. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise in the distribution center in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and delivery of products to stores.
  13. Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Or Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Employees.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Logistics Processes.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Efficiency And Productivity In Distribution Operations.
