The successful Director, Corporate Finance – Treasury will possess a proven track record of success in the corporate finance field, excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field, as well as CPA or CFA certification, is required. An MBA or MS in Finance is strongly preferred. Experience in the retail industry as well as with capital markets and banking is also desirable. 4. Monitor and analyze financial market trends and provide insights to management.
5. Monitor and manage cash flow and capital investments.
6. Develop financial models for evaluating potential investments.
7. Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Manage a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and direction.
10. Create and maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
