Creates timelines and deliverables for creative teams and tracks via workflow tool to ensure deadlines are being met, dependencies established and risks are mitigated. Creates and manages the planned weekly site content updates. Facilitates meetings to clearly understand the business need for weekly promotions and recommends solutions based on technical capabilities and customer experience. Effectively communicates on project status, deliverables and upcoming deadlines to creative and business teams. Active participant in the testing of experiences to ensure quality assurance is achieved and identified issues are resolved prior to launch. Plans, manages and delivers digital experiences in service of business strategies to drive the overall business performance. Partners with other team members on cross-category initiatives and actively participates in role group meetings.
