1. Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles in an organized and timely manner.
2. Ensure that all orders are correctly and safely loaded into delivery vehicles.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and answer any questions they may have.
5. Meet delivery deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
7. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
8. Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
