  1. Assist in the delivery of purchases to customers' homes or businesses in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure all purchases are loaded and secured properly in the delivery vehicle.
  3. Follow designated delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and address any concerns or issues.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by handling any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
  6. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and delivering purchases.
  8. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
  9. Accurately record and report any delivery and customer service-related data.
  10. Assist in loading and unloading merchandise at the store or warehouse.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work area.
  12. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  13. Represent Best Buy in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, delivery, and safety.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager or supervisor.
