Delivery Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver customer orders in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
3. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
4. Develop an understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
5. Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Load and unload customer orders from delivery vehicle.
7. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
8. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
9. Report any vehicle maintenance needs to management.
10. Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.
