The Delivery Assistant is responsible for helping to ensure our customers receive their purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities of a Delivery Assistant:

1. Plan and coordinate the delivery of customers’ purchases in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
3. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
4. Provide exceptional customer service while handling customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle.
6. Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and signed off on by the customer.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.
8. Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate delivery operations.
9. Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
