Delivery Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
2. Assist with the delivery of items in a timely and efficient manner
3. Provide accurate information to customers regarding delivery of items
4. Ensure all items are delivered safely and securely
5. Coordinate with Store Managers and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of items
6. Maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
7. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Prioritize tasks and multitask to ensure timely delivery
9. Maintain a high level of attention to detail
10. Ensure all deliveries are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
