  1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  2. Install and set up various technology products, including TVs, home theater systems, and smart home devices, in customers' homes.
  3. Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently, following company guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise instructions on product usage and maintenance.
  6. Keep up-to-date with new technology and product releases, and make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, both in-store and at customer homes.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient installation process.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, promoting our products and services to customers.
  10. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while working in customers' homes.
  11. Provide timely and accurate reports and documentation of installations.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  13. Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge.
  14. Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store.
