  1. Install and integrate various home technology systems for customers, including but not limited to audio/video, home automation, and networking equipment.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or integration.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations and solutions that best fit their requirements.
  4. Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding company and industry standards.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, representing the Best Buy brand in a positive and professional manner.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in customers' homes, ensuring the safety of both customers and team members.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and continuously expand knowledge and skills in order to provide the best possible service to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments within the company to ensure a seamless and efficient installation process.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all installations and services provided.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay current on company policies, procedures, and new product offerings.
  11. Travel to customers' homes and job sites as needed, and maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to confidentiality, safety, and code of conduct.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service, following up with customers after installations to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  14. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
