3. Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
4. Clearly communicate with customers about the installation process, answering any questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installation.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest technology products and their installation processes.
7. Keep up-to-date records of all installations, including product information, services provided, and customer feedback.
8. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure customers are provided with the best solutions for their technology needs.
9. Adhere to all Best Buy policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and confidentiality.
