1. Install and set up custom home theater systems, smart home devices, and other connected solutions in customers' homes.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring installations are completed efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
3. Follow company policies and procedures for handling and transporting equipment and materials.
4. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installations and find appropriate solutions.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of installations.
7. Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on installation progress.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
9. Keep accurate records of installations, including equipment used and any issues encountered.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on company products and processes.
12. Represent Best Buy in a professional and positive manner at all times.
