In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and setup of various consumer electronic products for our customers.   1. Assist with the installation and setup of consumer electronic products for customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all consumer electronic products and their functionality.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient installation process.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the installation process.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of installations.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and product updates to better assist customers.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
  10. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to management regarding installation processes and customer experience.

  • Knowledge Of Consumer Electronics: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Consumer Electronics, Including Tvs, Home Theater Systems, And Other Devices.
