- Install and set up a variety of consumer electronic devices for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work alongside experienced technicians to learn and develop technical skills.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure all installations are completed accurately and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure all installations are done correctly and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere for customers.

Knowledge Of Consumer Electronics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Consumer Electronics, Including Products Such As Tvs, Home Theater Systems, Gaming Consoles, And Smart Home Devices. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Common Issues And Provide Basic Technical Support To Customers.
Customer Service Skills: As An Installation Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential. They Should Be Friendly, Approachable, And Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers Of All Levels Of Technical Knowledge.
Physical Fitness: This Job May Involve Lifting And Moving Heavy Equipment, Climbing Ladders, And Working In Tight Spaces. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely And Effectively.
Time Management Skills: The Installation Assistant Will Be Responsible For Completing Multiple Installations In A Day. The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks To Ensure All Installations Are Completed On Schedule.
Technical Aptitude: While Not Required, A Basic Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Wiring Is Beneficial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Comfortable Using Basic Tools And Following Technical Instructions. Any Previous Experience With Installation Or Troubleshooting Of Consumer Electronics Is A Plus.
