Consumer Electronic Installation Assistant

1. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing the appropriate consumer electronic products for their needs.
2. Install and set up consumer electronic products, such as TVs, home theater systems, and sound systems, in customers' homes.
3. Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions or concerns and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during installation.
4. Stay up to date on the latest technology and products to accurately advise customers and provide the best installation experience.
5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations.
6. Follow all safety procedures and protocols while handling and installing electronic products.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
8. Communicate with customers to schedule installation appointments and provide updates on installation progress.
9. Document and report any customer feedback or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
10. Continuously strive to improve installation techniques and processes to provide the best service to customers.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
12. Assist in other store tasks and projects as needed.
