  1. Assist with the installation of various consumer electronic products, including but not limited to TVs, home theater systems, and smart home devices.
  2. Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure timely and professional installation services.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for appropriate products and services.
  4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about current and upcoming technology trends and products.
  5. Adhere to company procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency in all installations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installations.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and professional work environment.
  9. Continuously strive to improve installation processes and procedures, and provide feedback to management.
  10. Keep up-to-date records of installation jobs and maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies.
  11. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with new technologies and installation techniques.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Consumer Electronic Products And Their Installation Procedures. Previous Experience In A Related Field Or With Similar Products Is Preferred.
