Certified Apple Expert

You’ll be the go-to person for Apple devices and technology - sharing your expertise with our customers to help them get the most out of their Apple products. To be successful in this position, you should have an in-depth understanding of Apple’s products, services, and programs, as well as strong customer service skills.
