  1. Provide exceptional technical support to customers in store and over the phone.
  2. Lead a team of Autotech Agents, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed.
  3. Monitor and manage the workflow of the Autotech team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, utilizing advanced knowledge of automotive technology.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to provide updates on ongoing technical issues.
  6. Stay updated on the latest automotive technology trends and advancements to provide the best service to customers.
  7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the Autotech team and provide feedback for improvement.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including all tools and equipment.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety standards, at all times.
  12. Serve as a role model for the Autotech team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and leadership skills.
  14. Assist with scheduling and managing the workload of the Autotech team to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks.
  15. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving technical support and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills.
