Asset Protection Officer

The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of retail policies, procedures, and laws regarding asset protection.This is an important role within our store and we are looking for someone who can take ownership and responsibility for protecting our assets. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activities to identify and prevent potential security and safety risks.
2. Ensure store policies and procedures are followed to protect company assets.
3. Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. Investigate thefts, losses, and other suspicious activity.
5. Train employees on proper safety and security procedures.
6. Maintain records of incidents, investigations, and security-related activities.
7. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
8. Communicate with customers and store personnel to provide clear instructions and directions.
9. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security protocols.
10. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
