Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service for appliance repair inquiries, including understanding customer needs, providing estimates, and answering questions.
2. Diagnose and repair a wide variety of appliances, including laundry, kitchen, and refrigeration.
3. Inspect and diagnose appliance issues, identify faulty parts, and order necessary replacements.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
5. Follow local appliance repair industry standards and ensure quality repairs.
6. Maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
7. Complete all paperwork, including repair orders and invoices, accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Stay current on appliance repair technology and techniques, and attend training as needed.
9. Work independently with minimal supervision.
