In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of experienced delivery drivers to ensure our customers receive their appliances in a timely and efficient manner. As a Delivery Helper, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and representing the Best Buy brand.   1. Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading appliances from the delivery truck.
  2. Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of appliances to customers' homes.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering any questions they may have.
  4. Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by the delivery team.
  5. Handle appliances with care to prevent any damages.
  6. Communicate any issues or concerns with the delivery team.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling appliances.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Represent the Best Buy brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  11. Assist in maintaining inventory and tracking deliveries.
  12. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of appliances.
  13. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude to contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Appliances: This Job Requires A Lot Of Physical Labor, Including Lifting And Carrying Heavy Appliances. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Delivery Helper, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. It Is Important To Have Strong Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers.
