1. Assist delivery team in loading and unloading appliances onto delivery truck.
2. Ensure that all appliances are securely strapped and properly protected during transportation.
3. Help deliver appliances to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Follow designated delivery routes and maintain good communication with team members.
5. Handle and assemble appliances as needed, following manufacturer's instructions.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
7. Help customers with any questions or concerns they may have about their delivery.
8. Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area.
9. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment.
10. Report any issues or concerns with appliances or delivery process to supervisor.
11. Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues related to the delivery process.
12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude at all times.
13. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
