1. Assist in the delivery and installation of appliances to customers' homes, ensuring timely and efficient service.
2. Safely load and unload appliances from delivery trucks and transport them to customers' homes.
3. Assist in the installation and setup of appliances, including connecting water and electrical lines.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on the delivery truck and in customers' homes.
6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
7. Keep accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures and processing payments.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and successful deliveries.
9. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, promoting our products and services to customers.
11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
13. Assist in other store duties as needed, such as restocking shelves and assisting customers on the sales floor.
14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
15. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed delivery and customer service goals.
