Appliance Delivery Helper

1. Assist with loading and unloading appliances from delivery trucks.
2. Safely transport appliances to customers' homes using company vehicles.
3. Setup and install appliances in customers' homes according to company procedures.
4. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
5. Inspect and troubleshoot appliances for any damages or malfunctions before delivery.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including delivery vehicles.
7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Collaborate with delivery team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
9. Keep accurate records of deliveries and installations.
10. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
11. Assist with inventory management and organization.
12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company procedures.
13. Adhere to Best Buy's policies and procedures at all times.
14. Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
