  1. Deliver and install appliances in a timely and professional manner for customers.
  2. Ensure proper handling and care of appliances during delivery and installation.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery and installation schedules and any potential issues.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery and installation processes.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and installing appliances.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers during the delivery and installation process.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the delivery and installation process.
  9. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
  10. Maintain a valid driver's license and ensure safe operation of company vehicles.
  11. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and installation procedures.
  12. Represent Best Buy in a professional and positive manner at all times.
