  3. Handle appliances with care and ensure they are delivered and installed correctly.

  5. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during delivery and installation.
  6. Assist in loading and unloading appliances from the delivery vehicle.
  7. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during the delivery and installation process.
  8. Communicate with customers regarding delivery and installation schedules and any delays.
  9. Keep track of inventory and report any missing or damaged items.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery and installation process.
  12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and installation procedures.
  13. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Appliance Installation Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of How To Install A Wide Range Of Appliances, Including Refrigerators, Dishwashers, And Washing Machines. This Includes Knowledge Of Plumbing, Electrical, And Gas Connections.

  • Experience In Customer Service: As An Appliance Delivery And Installation Assistant, You Will Be Working Directly With Customers In Their Homes. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Customer Service And Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Professionally With Customers.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role Involves A Significant Amount Of Physical Labor, Including Lifting And Moving Heavy Appliances. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Safely Lift And Maneuver Heavy Objects.

  • Time Management And Organization Skills: The Ability To Manage Time Effectively And Stay Organized Is Crucial In This Role, As You May Be Responsible For Delivering And Installing Multiple Appliances In A Single Day. Candidates Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Work Efficiently To Meet Deadlines.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record: Since This Role Involves Driving A Company Vehicle To Customer Homes, Candidates Must Have A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record. This Ensures Safety On The Road And Represents The Company In A Positive Manner.
