  1. Safely and efficiently deliver and install appliances for customers in a timely manner.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of various home appliances and their installation processes.
  4. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during delivery or installation.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the delivery truck and at customers' homes.
  6. Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure the safety of both customers and employees.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Keep accurate records of deliveries and installations, including any necessary paperwork.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery and installation process.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
