As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the delivery and installation process of their appliances.   1. Assist in the delivery and installation of appliances to customer's homes.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation of appliances.
  3. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery and installation details.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and installing appliances.
  5. Inspect appliances for any damages or defects before delivery and installation.
  6. Assemble and install appliances according to manufacturer's instructions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery and installation.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Collaborate with team members to complete deliveries and installations in a timely manner.
  11. Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for each delivery and installation.
  12. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the delivery and installation process.
  13. Continuously strive to improve delivery and installation processes.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Appliance Installation Procedures: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Or Training In Installing Various Types Of Appliances, Such As Refrigerators, Dishwashers, And Washing Machines. This Includes Knowledge Of Electrical And Plumbing Connections, As Well As Familiarity With Different Brands And Models.

  • Physical Strength And Stamina: This Job Involves Frequent Heavy Lifting And Physical Labor, So The Candidate Must Be Able To Lift And Move Appliances Weighing Up To 150 Pounds. They Should Also Have The Endurance To Work On Their Feet For Extended Periods Of Time.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Instructions Accurately. This Is Important To Ensure Appliances Are Installed Correctly And Safely, And To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During The Installation Process.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Best Buy, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Friendly, Professional, And Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Concerns In A Timely And Courteous Manner.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Coordinating Delivery And Installation Schedules, Ensuring All Necessary Tools And Equipment Are Available, And Maintaining A Clean And Organized Work Area.
