Best Buy is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Appliance Delivery and Installation Assistant. - Deliver and install appliances at customer's homes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
- Assist in loading and unloading appliances onto delivery vehicles.
- Ensure all appliances are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
- Follow proper safety protocols and procedures when handling and installing appliances.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery and installation schedules and any potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Troubleshoot any installation or delivery issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliveries and installations are completed on time.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery and installation processes.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking delivery vehicles as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge Of Appliance Installation Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Installation Process For Various Types Of Appliances, Such As Refrigerators, Dishwashers, And Washing Machines. This Includes Knowledge Of Electrical And Plumbing Connections, As Well As Familiarity With Common Tools And Equipment Used For Installation.
Physical Fitness: The Role Of An Appliance Delivery And Installation Assistant Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Appliances, Often Up And Down Stairs. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Performing These Tasks Safely And Efficiently.
Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Best Buy, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
