Appliance Delivery and Installation Assistant

1. Deliver and install appliances for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their appliance purchases.
3. Ensure all appliances are handled and transported safely and securely.
4. Assist in loading and unloading appliances from delivery trucks.
5. Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of appliances.
6. Help customers understand the installation process and answer any questions they may have.
7. Install appliances according to manufacturer instructions and company standards.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns with appliance installations.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping delivery trucks clean and well-maintained.
10. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management regarding delivery and installation updates and any issues that may arise.
11. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while handling and installing appliances.
12. Assist with inventory management and restocking of appliances in the store.
13. Provide support to other store departments as needed.
14. Continuously strive to improve the delivery and installation process to enhance customer satisfaction.
15. Attend training sessions and keep updated on new products and installation techniques.
