  1. Safely and efficiently deliver and install appliances in customers' homes.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Handle and transport appliances with care to prevent any damage.
  4. Follow delivery and installation procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to schedule delivery and installation appointments.
  6. Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding their appliances.
  7. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
  8. Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  9. Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Continuously update knowledge on new products and procedures.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery and installation.
  14. Follow up with customers after delivery and installation to ensure satisfaction.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Appliance Installation Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Delivering And Installing Appliances, Including Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, And Dishwashers. They Should Be Familiar With The Proper Techniques For Safe And Efficient Installation.

  • Physical Fitness: The Job Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Appliances, So The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Customer Service Skills: As An Appliance Delivery And Installation Assistant, The Candidate Will Interact With Customers And Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Address Any Concerns Or Questions The Customer May Have.

  • Time Management Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively To Ensure Timely Delivery And Installation Of Appliances. They Should Also Be Able To Follow A Schedule And Meet Deadlines.
