We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Appliance Delivery and Installation Assistant to join our dynamic team.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing appliances, answering any questions they may have about products and services offered.
  3. Communicate with customers regarding delivery and installation services, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  4. Coordinate and schedule delivery and installation appointments for customers, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  5. Properly load and unload appliances from delivery trucks and transport them to customers' homes or businesses.
  6. Install appliances according to manufacturer instructions and Best Buy standards, ensuring proper functioning and customer satisfaction.
  7. Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may arise during the delivery and installation process, providing timely and effective solutions.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and installing appliances to ensure the safety of customers, co-workers, and oneself.
  9. Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for each delivery and installation appointment.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the store and during delivery and installation appointments.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by seeking out opportunities for growth and providing feedback to management.
  12. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new products, services, and installation techniques.
  13. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and provide support as needed.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety regulations, customer service standards, and ethical guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Appliance Delivery And Installation: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Delivering And Installing Appliances, Preferably In A Retail Or Home Improvement Environment.
