1. Safely and efficiently deliver and install appliances to customers' homes.
2. Communicate with customers to schedule delivery and installation appointments.
3. Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are prepared and available for each delivery and installation.
4. Follow established procedures and protocols for loading, unloading, and transporting appliances.
5. Inspect appliances for any damages or defects before delivery and installation.
6. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during delivery and installation and provide timely solutions.
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
8. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of deliveries and installations.
10. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of team members and customers.
11. Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
12. Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
