  1. Assist with the delivery and installation of appliances to customers' homes.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation of products.
  3. Handle all appliances with care and follow proper safety procedures.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the delivery and installation process.
  5. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures for delivery and installation services.
  8. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling paperwork and documentation.
  9. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the delivery and installation process and escalate to the appropriate team member if needed.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Uphold the company's commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve the delivery and installation process.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  14. Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge And Experience With Appliance Installation: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Installation Process For Various Appliances, Including Refrigerators, Washing Machines, And Dishwashers. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Or Training In Appliance Installation Is Highly Preferred.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability: This Job Requires Frequent Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Appliances, As Well As Navigating Stairs And Tight Spaces. Candidates Should Be Physically Able To Handle These Tasks And Have The Stamina To Work On Their Feet For Extended Periods.
