  1. Deliver and install appliances in a timely and efficient manner, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
  2. Ensure all appliances are properly handled and installed according to manufacturer specifications.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions and addressing any concerns from customers regarding the delivery and installation process.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to schedule delivery and installation appointments and provide updates on any delays or changes.
  5. Inspect and troubleshoot appliances to ensure they are in good working condition before installation.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly disposing of packaging materials and cleaning up any debris from installations.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliveries and installations are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  8. Continuously stay updated on the latest appliance technology and installation techniques to provide the best service to customers.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
  10. Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking and reporting all delivered and installed appliances.
  11. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions with customers.
  13. Proactively identify and communicate any potential issues or concerns with deliveries or installations to management.
  14. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
  15. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to appliance delivery and installation.
