  1. Assist with the delivery and installation of appliances for Best Buy customers.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers during the delivery and installation process.
  3. Ensure that all appliances are installed correctly and functioning properly before leaving the customer's home.
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during the delivery and installation process.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Best Buy brand in a positive manner.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery and installation process.
  7. Handle any unexpected challenges or issues that may arise during the delivery and installation process with a calm and problem-solving attitude.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both inside the delivery vehicle and in customers' homes.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures related to delivery and installation services.
  10. Assist with inventory management and restocking of delivery vehicles as needed.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliveries and installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and installation techniques.
  14. Represent Best Buy with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Appliance Delivery And Installation: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Delivering And Installing Appliances In A Residential Setting. This Could Include Experience Working For A Similar Company Or As An Independent Contractor.

  • Physical Ability To Lift And Maneuver Heavy Appliances: The Job Will Involve Lifting And Moving Large And Heavy Appliances, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle This Type Of Work.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As An Appliance Delivery And Installation Assistant, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Candidates Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers In A Professional And Friendly Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Basic Plumbing And Electrical Systems: While Not Required, Having A Basic Understanding Of Plumbing And Electrical Systems Can Be Beneficial For This Job. This Will Allow The Candidate To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During The Installation Process.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record: The Job Will Require Driving A Company Vehicle To Deliver And Install Appliances At Customer's Homes. Candidates Should Have A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record To Be Considered For The Position.
