- Assist with the delivery and installation of appliances, including loading and unloading of products and setting up of new appliances in customers' homes.
- Ensure that all appliances are delivered and installed in a timely and efficient manner, while also following safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have during the delivery and installation process.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times, representing the Best Buy brand and values.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all appliances are installed correctly and functioning properly.
- Keep accurate records of all deliveries and installations, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Assist in resolving any delivery or installation related problems, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to ensure a positive and safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the delivery vehicle and any equipment used.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the delivery and installation process and provide feedback to management.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Knowledge Of Home Appliances: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Home Appliances, Including Refrigerators, Washing Machines, And Dishwashers. This Will Enable Them To Assist Customers With Questions And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During Delivery And Installation.
Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Lifting And Moving Heavy Appliances, So Physical Fitness And Stamina Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Safely Handle Appliances And Move Them Into Customers' Homes Without Causing Damage.
Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Best Buy, The Appliance Delivery And Installation Assistant Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Friendly, Professional, And Knowledgeable When Interacting With Customers.
Technical Skills: While Formal Training May Not Be Required, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Basic Technical Skills To Assist With Appliance Installation. This May Include Connecting Water Lines, Installing Ventilation Ducts, And Setting Up Wi-Fi Connectivity.
Time-Management Skills: This Position Requires Delivering And Installing Appliances Within A Specific Timeframe. The Candidate Should Have Strong Time-Management Skills To Ensure Timely And Efficient Service For Customers.
