Appliance Delivery and Installation Assistant

Responsibilities of an Appliance Delivery and Installation Assistant:

1. Ensure timely and safe delivery and installation of appliances to customers.
2. Operate delivery truck in a safe manner in accordance with all local and state regulations.
3. Provide customers with information on the proper use and care of appliances.
4. Conduct regular maintenance checks on delivery truck.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
7. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
8. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
9. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate delivery and installation of appliances.
10. Work with other members of the delivery team to ensure successful completion of each delivery.
