Supply Chain Analyst/ Production Planner

Position will be responsible to manage the production schedule and drive improvements in planning and operational processes; analyze forecasts and inventory changes; provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer requirements are met and site resources are optimized in most efficient method. Use MRP System to forecast production demand, manage customer forecast, safety stock requirements, and maintain desired inventory levels. Monitor the schedule and plan production on specific molds and machines. Generate reports and analyze data to ensure optimal supply chain flow. Process and expedite orders and communicate daily with Customer Service Representatives of any concerns. Balance current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities. Recommend adjustments to forecasts and inventory levels. Support ongoing Plant ISO requirements.
