
Contracts Administrator
The Contract Administrator ensures consistent and timely processing of contract proposals. Responsibilities include the management of contracts, including approval and any necessary changes over the course of the contract life. Utilizing Novatus, the contract life cycle management tool, to process, track, communicate and manage obligations of contract proposals. Verify and document the integrity of data provided by the requestor. Ensure Berry is in compliance with agreed terms of a contract. Along with supervisor, manage competing urgent requests, priorities and deadlines. Effectively work with the commercial team in a professional manner. Manage summarization of Executive Summary and finalize with supervisor prior to releasing to sales for Executive approval. Hold self and others accountable for completing tasks in a timely manner.
5 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment
3-5 years of consistent experience in Microsoft Office Software Applications
Contract Management Certification or willing to complete in agreed upon timeframe
