Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the store and provide them with product knowledge and advice

• Assist customers in finding the perfect product and create a personalized shopping experience

• Act as an ambassador for the Berluti brand and maintain a high level of customer service

• Process sales and payments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the Berluti product range

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

• Assist in maintaining the store appearance and organization

• Participate in team meetings and activities
